  • Q.3 | What does an ISO provide?
    • ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 161 countries, one member per country, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system and publishes the finished standards.  ISO is a non-governmental organization that forms a bridge between the public and private sectors. Their standards are often highly technical - and they need to be - but they're developed for people by people. We use the requirements stated in the EN 14467 / ISO 24803 standards for recreational scuba diving and service provider. For more information see their website: http://www.iso.org/iso/home.htm
