Dear members of the CDWS General Assembly,
The CDWS is inviting the members to attend the regular general assembly meeting on May 22, 2024. The following is the meeting’s agenda:
1- The election process of the board members and the board delegates to the Egyptian Tourism Federation (ETF).
2- Reviewing the annual report.
3- Approving the CDWS estimated and annual budgets, financial statements, and final accounts.
4- Approve hiring one or more chartered accountants and determining their salary.
5- Review what the board of directors considers significant to discuss.
The meeting will be held on May 22, 2024, at Le Passage Cairo Hotel & Casino, Sheraton, El Nozha, Cairo, starting 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
If the quorum minimum number of attendees is not met, the general assembly meeting will be held after one hour in the same location.
