Dear members of the CDWS General Assembly,
Following the previous announcement regarding the nomination for the elections of the CDWS board members and the board delegates to the Egyptian Tourism Federation (ETF), for the fourth period 2024/2028.
As well as the invitation to attend the regular general assembly meeting on May 22, 2024, at Le Passage Cairo Hotel & Casino, Sheraton, El Nozha, Cairo.
To facilitate the election process and organize the general assembly meeting professionally and accurately, the CDWS would like to share with the members the following list of documents and instructions:
Required instructions:
The applications shall be submitted in writing on the previously attached forms (attachment 1 or 2 after filling in the designated data), with the following documents:
1- A recent criminal record for the candidate, that has been issued a maximum of a week before applying.
2- Copy of all the receipts of the annual membership of the establishment, proof of payment, proof of installments, or an exemption form -whatever the case may be.
3- A proof that the candidate is the chairman or a member of the board of the joint-stock company, a shareholder in a limited liability company, a joint partner, or the owner of the sole propriety, or the licensed manager by the relevant ministry, based on the power of attorney of the legal representative of the establishment which is certified by an Authentication Department office.
Documents that confirm the candidate's status include:
- An original document of the commercial registration.
- An original company or corporate contract/article of association or incorporation, in accordance with the latest amendments.
- A recent structure of the shareholder's list from Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR).
- A copy of the license if the facility wishes to nominate the manager (to be submitted along with the power of attorney attachments 3 or 4).
