Kindly review the attached letter received from the Red Sea governorate office regarding the new instructions of the Egyptian Maritime Safety Authority (EAMS), which states the following: 

All navigation licenses issued by the maritime central administration office in Alexandria for the units operating in another geographical area shall be stopped, accordingly, all the units that carry such license and are operating in another geographical area should legalize their status.

Therefore, if you own a marine unite that holds a navigation license issued from the maritime central administration office in Alexandria and the unit is operating in the Red Sea governorate, you need to legalize the status of your unit to be able to operate and navigate outside of the province, by completing the attached documents and submitting them to the headquarter of the Red Sea governorate office, Tourism, and Resorts department.
