Due to the Administrative Court rejection to the writ submitted by the Ministry of Tourism and CDWS on the judgment of EULF - although we had got a statement issued from the Ministry of Youth and Sports that EULF has no right to inspect touristic dive centers according to the law 77 for year 1975 and Law 1 of year 1973.
However, out of respect for the judiciary, the Ministry of Tourism - based on the judgment referred to - has assigned the technical inspection of dive centers ONLY to EULF without charging any fees or expenses, and in the case of any payment request , please report immediately to CDWS and the Ministry of Tourism with the payment receipt or any other proof.
CDWS follows the legal steps and procedures in order to eliminate the judgment and will let you know any further update.
