Contributed to upgrading the exam engine for instructors, coaches and technical managers to be done via a tablet.
Contributed to training courses to raise the efficiency of those working in the sector.
Issuing a quality protocol for inspections of diving, watersports centers, and safari boats.
Coordinating with the relevant authorities regarding environmental, safety and security standards.
