Any business operating as a dive center, safari boat and water sports center that meets the safety and technical requirements can become a member.

By law, all diving and water sports operations are required to have an operating license from the Ministry of Tourism (MOT). One of the pre-requisites of this license is the CDWS membership.

This is not a problem. We can tailor your audit to meet the requirements needed for your activity be it windsurfing, kitesurfing or snorkeling. The certificate will be generated for your business activity once the audit process has been successful.

Yes, each license covers certain activities. To be able to offer different activities the operation must apply for different licenses. As they must abide by offering only the activities listed in their license.

You will need to advise the membership department of changes that affect your business as soon as possible, then the membership department can advise you if this affects your MoT license and if you need to take any further actions.
