You will need to inform the membership department of your complaint so they can review it and liaise with the correct department. Please fill the feedback/complaint form with full details.

You will need to inform the membership department of the incident you witnessed. They will then review it and liaise with the correct department,  the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the relevant authorities to ensure the needed action is taken. If you can supply information relating to the activity and any evidence in the form of photos or video at the time to confirm names, location and time of the event. This will then help facilitate and justify the violations under review.

Yes, of course! Anyone can report to us any illegal activity, coral damage or illegal fishing.  The CDWS is appealing for visitors to help stamp out illegal fishing in the Red Sea by recording evidence of illegal activity on camera. If you see fishing in restricted areas or evidence, such as nets and lines in no-take zones, the CDWS wants to hear from you.

The diving companies and websites featured on the blacklist are not operating legally which means they do not have the required by law license from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and have not met the basic requirements of the ISO standards. You should not book any diving or water sports activity with any entity on the blacklist.

They can only do this by earning a license from the Ministry of tourism after fulfilling the technical and admin requirements so that a MOT&A license can be issued to them and they become a member of the CDWS.
