Password Recovery Guide for the CDWS Portal
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password By Email Or SMS" and choose one of the two methods below to recover your password.
First: Recovery by Email
Enter the email address registered on your account, then click Submit.
Step 2: Confirm the request from your email
You will receive a "Confirmation Email". Click "Click Here" to confirm.
Step 3: Set your new password
Enter your new password in New Password and confirm it in Confirm New Password, then click Change Password.
Second: Recovery by SMS
Step 1: Enter your account details
Enter your CDWS Number and Identification Number, then click Submit.
Step 2: Enter the verification code and new password
You will receive a verification Code on your registered phone number. Enter it along with your new password and confirmation, then click Submit.
