Re-training
Due to the low service level, high rates of accidents, low safety standards and the high failure ratio of the professionals who took the CDWS exams by a failure rate of 63%.
The CDWS has decided to implement urgent re-training classes for snorkelling guides, dive masters, diving instructors and technical managers, who failed to achieve the required benchmark score.
The trainee is provided with necessary information and skills, to develop their performance and qualify them to keep pace with the future rapid changes in the industry.
The re-training classes contain the following:
- Snorkelling knowledge
- Diving knowledge
- First Aid
- Supervision and risk management
- Technical management
