Reference to announcement #17 of 2021, regarding the vaccination program for tourism sector employees
https://conta.cc/3sQnMkoPlease note the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the relevant entities have stated their intentions to run inspections to ensure that the facilities are committing to the previously announced COVID-19 precautionary measures and any establishment that violates those measures will be subject to penalties that could reach being shut down.
Kindly note that is required to update the information of the employees in your facility that have received the COVID-19 vaccine to the attached excel sheet with the required information:
Then make sure to send it to the following emails, with the word " vaccinated" in the title of the e-mail: (please note that any other format, that does not excel shall not be accepted):

It is required to share the previously requested information within 24 hours, so the CDWS can proceed with the needed action
