Dear CDWS members,
We would like to inform you of the letter received from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities regarding the formation of a committee from the MOT&A and the ETA to adjudicate grievances submitted by hotel and tourist establishments.
With the issuance of Ministerial Decision No. 579 of 2025, concerning the formation of the aforementioned committee, please be advised that all CDWS members -those who are interests- are entitled to submit grievances against decisions issued in accordance with the provisions of the law (administrative closure, suspension of managers, license revocation) within the legally stipulated timeframe and according to the mechanism outlined in the referenced ministerial decision.
