In the context of the efforts of the Egyptian Tourism Federation (ETA), regarding any violations related to the imposition of the tax for entry to theaters and other entertainment venues and their executive regulations, and to resolve tax disputes and reach a settlement by paying any due taxes, before referral to the public prosecution and judiciary.
The establishments with cases that have been made concerning the aforementioned decision, and which have been unable to resolve them either directly or through their legal representative, are requested to provide the ETA with a one-page memorandum containing a brief description of the problem.
This aims to reach an amicable settlement and pay any due tax -if exists- to resolve the situation conciliatorily and avoid the filing of a criminal lawsuit.
