Reference to the attached letter from the Egyptian Ministry of Finance,
We would like to inform you of the following;
First: All tourist facilities must not deal (buy or sell) except with the registered facilities with the Egyptian Tax Authority.
Second: All the facilities to which the value-added tax registration requirement applies must apply and provide the application documents/ proof upon renewal of licenses.
