In reference to the attached letter regarding article no. 16 of law no. 196 of 2008, which states that the taxpayer has the right to appeal against the rental values as per what is mentioned in the article (please review the attachment for more information). 

Kindly be informed that as per law no. 153 of 2022, the deadline to submit the requests to settle the tax disputes is December 31st, 2022. 

Any establishment submitting an appeal request should use (the attached appeal form)
